County Sheriff's Office will not file any charges against the Subway Clerk who they say shot and killed a suspect after an armed robbery.County deputies say at around 12:30 Sunday afternoon two men with crow bars tried to rob the Subway on Gordon Highway. Investigators say during the attempted robbery, one of the suspects struck the clerk's 14-year-old son, who was in the store at the time, in the head with the crowbar, injuring the teen. That's when deputies say the clerk fired shots at both of the suspects. One of the gun shots hit Cornelius Lamar Harrison, 24, from Greensboro, North Carolina in the upper torso and later died.
